Diane Migneron
Diane began her insurance career over 40 years ago as a personal lines underwriter with Prudential, working her way up to manager of the team and transitioning into marketing and commercial lines, eventually moving to Continental Insurance. For over 20 years, Diane worked with wholesalers and retail brokers out of both Quebec and Ontario locations to hone her focus in programs, overseeing broker initiatives such as Marsh’s small business program among others. Diane’s skill set allowed her to transform regional program requirements into consolidated national standards, as applicable in all provinces across Canada. Diane was able to multiply volume by over five times through careful analysis of wordings and business opportunities all the while balancing the needs of legal, claims and Head Office, culminating in her promotion as National Program Director for Property, Casualty and Automobile.
Diane enjoys technical underwriting abilities in both English & French and is intimately familiar with regional differences across Canada, both in terms of the marketplace and management of staff.
Diane is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada. She is an avid golfer and enjoys painting, Zumba, and travelling.
